A young university student and member of a theater company, plunged into crises of anxiety caused by social pressure and the responsibilities of the adult world, will have to face the harassment of a company director.

The work and life of the important Brazilian filmmaker Geraldo Sarno are intimately revealed during the filming of the series "Sertão de Dentro" and the feature film "Sertânia".

Alice dos Anjos is a smart girl who lives in the northeastern hinterland, and who, after running after a running black goat, is transported to a magical place, full of crazy characters. She finds herself, then, in the middle of a war against an influential colonel who wants to discard as traditional communities' land to build a hydroelectric plant. As Alice joins her friends to fight an oppression, she finds herself on a journey of self-knowledge and social awareness.

Cosme and Maria, with their son Benedito and nephews Matheuzinho and Bruna, jump into a somewhat untrustworthy Jeep to go on a journey from the coastline to Barbalha city, where they plan to attend a special feast that they've always longed to take part in. All along the way, the trip is full of discoveries of landscapes and histories. The three children feel the enchantment of this unforgettable family adventure, and realize that they will always be great friends.
