The film, which was shown on the occasion of the “International Migrants Day”, tells the story of “Mihiret”, a young Ethiopian woman who came to Lebanon to work as a domestic servant. Mihiret, who supports her mother and daughter in Ethiopia, begins her tragic journey with the labor system for female migrant workers in Lebanon and its inhumane conditions and moves from one job to another, experiencing physical, psychological and material abuses and depriving them of their rights as workers and as a human.

Carine decides to run for the parliamentary elections and her husband, Fadi, rejects the idea. They humorously struggle to reach a middle ground and save their marriage.

The film stars Dalida Khalil and Ziad Bourji, and was released in Lebanon in 2013. It was made as a sequel to the original series which follows Dalida, a young woman known for constantly lying. She falls deeply in love with famous singer Ramzi Dib.
