It revolves around Leonie-Marie, the presenter of the "Love Confessions", a reality TV show. Desperate for good ratings, she publishes the most cynical stories of the participants, thus violating their privacy. One day, she has the opportunity to enter a free love community, and there she will be able to explore not only others' sexuality and desires, but also her own.

Simon and Babeth are seemingly happy couple, but she is not very interested in sex, while he is the opposite. He has sex with his secretary, his older downstairs neighbor, and friend Victoria, as well as other mistresses. But Babeth becomes suspicious and follows him to a hotel where he books a room to make love to one of his mistresses.

Nicole Segaud has a daughter who is a keen dancer, but it seems the mother has no money, or maybe she's a hooker herself as she goes with a man in a limo out into the country where she is raped by a couple of bikers who force the man to watch. Henri Savin has managed a trucking company for his lover, Dominique Montlaur, for many years. Now he is planning to leave her for Julie Manet, the woman he has made pregnant, and Dominique is hysterical. She first threatens suicide, then shows up at a meeting of Savin and Julie. Dominique tries everything she can think of to break Savin and Julie apart, to no avail. Frustrated in her efforts, she jumps off a cliff and dies. Savin insists that he and Julie lie to the police about the encounter, although Dominique's death was a suicide and therefore they had no direct hand in it. Detective Waldeck investigates Dominique's death.
