Angelina is tired of long serious relationships. One day she is brutally raped and she changes dramatically. Suddenly she is getting involved in more and more dangerous relations with unknown men until her behavior leads to a fatal crime.

Adelmo, a thirtyish youth, still lives with his mother in a little mountain village and spends most of his time riding his bike. One day he is run over by Paola, a recently widowed girl, who is the new doctor in town.

The youth protest against corruption in Italian politics. When they subsequently find themselves in trouble, they take the law into their own hands: they form the Red Brigade, which wreaks death and destruction.
