A violent gang in one of Stockholm's suburbs is suspected of another fatal shooting and the Stockholm police are conducting a cross-border operation to prosecute the leader of the gang.

Johannes, an eccentric psychology student, takes us on a twisted journey. Together with performance artist Rakel, he forms an unconventional club with his patients to help them fight back against those who have caused them pain.
