Exhaust crackles echo across the desert plain. Three boys kill time in a field with dust in their eyes and meet a girl at a gas station. They want to conquer time and reach the top of the world.

Vargas is an undercover agent whose mission is to capture a group of robbers. The robbery of a jewelry store will be the ideal moment to catch them in the act. After a conversation with Ricardo, one of the group's members, Vargas questions his view of the enemy, making the mission much more difficult.

This story follows a pizza delivery boy who encounters a violent red neck couple, two over-amped cops and a transvestite Nazi war criminal planning to take over the world with her secret weapon: Zombie Walt Disney!
