A fading social media influencer and a struggling musician exploit each other in a not-so-fake relationship.

Merlie is a playful girl whose imagination makes her drawings come alive. As her home, their community, faces the threat of demolition, she makes her bravest decisions in her final bid to mark their space in a cruel city.

Disconnected from city life, Twinkle tries to find her way back home as she visits her grandmother in the province. On her first day in Lubao, Pampanga, her Apu, aunt, and niece welcomed her with a traditional feast. She learns how to cook pindang and bistig damulag only to realize that the rural life in the Philippines tastes different from what she yearns for.

An OFW mom comes home to start anew with her cold and distant daughter. But to fix the present, they must face their old wounds together.
