The Police Reunion Tour was a 2007-2008 worldwide concert tour by The Police, marking the 30th anniversary of their beginnings. At its conclusion, the tour became the fourth highest grossing tour of all time, with revenues reaching over $340 million. The tour began in May 2007 to overwhelmingly positive reviews from fans and critics alike and ended in August 2008 with a final show at Madison Square Garden.

Director Aaron Barnett turns a personal quest — meeting reclusive former rock idol Roger Taylor of "Duran Duran" — into a remarkable musical retrospective encompassing the entire decade of the 80's.

The third graders of South Park sneak into an R-rated film by ultra-vulgar Canadian television personalities Terrance and Phillip, and emerge with expanded vocabularies that leave their parents and teachers scandalized. When outraged Americans try to censor the film, the controversy spirals into a call to wage war on Canada and Terrance and Phillip end up on death row, with the kids their only hope of rescue.

This is an excellent video and a must for any Police fan worthy of the name. Featuring TV performances - notably the "Old Grey Whistle Test", their first ever TV appearance - and live concert footage from the much bootlegged Hatfield Polytechnic Show in February 1979 (including the first ever live performance of 'Message In A Bottle'), Miami's Gusman Theater in 1979, Gateshead Stadium in July 1982 and the Atlanta Omni in 1983. All the performances are interspersed with the band's own personal Super-8 footage and interviews with all the band members and their manager, Miles Copeland. A truly fascinating video.

Sting & The Police is a compilation issued by Sting, and released by A&M Records in 1997. Conceived at the time when Sting had just released his fifth solo effort, Mercury Falling, the album mixes a selection of Sting's Police-era songs with later hits recorded under his own name.

Among the artists featured in the movie are Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD), Magazine, The Go-Go's, Toyah Willcox, The Fleshtones, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, X, XTC, Devo, The Cramps, Oingo Boingo, Dead Kennedys, Gary Numan, Klaus Nomi, Wall of Voodoo, Pere Ubu, Steel Pulse, Surf Punks, 999, UB40, Echo & the Bunnymen and The Police. These were many of the most popular groups on the New Wave scene; in keeping with the spirit of the scene, the film also features several less famous acts, and one completely obscure group, Invisible Sex, in what appears to be their only public performance.

This version includes several clips that did not make one of the previous broadcasts. There is an extended intro, and additional footage of all three band members being interviewed. Other special features include two live tracks from October 1978's appearance on the "Old Grey Whistle Test" TV show , 'Can't Stand Losing You' and 'Next To You'. This was The Police's big break on UK television and showcases early Police at their best.
