Once outside, he trips and gets his hand stuck in a sewer grate. Paramedics try to free him to no avail, the only way to release Hassan is to saw through the grate. That is where things get truly complicated because the grate is municipal property, Hassan needs an official permit before anyone can cut it. Hassan's troubles have only just begun.
