The fifth Toriko film. Kazuko Kato, a part-time worker, is just an ordinary woman like any other. Her boyfriend, Naoyuki, is also an ordinary man. One day, Kazuko is kidnapped by three men with the intention of brutally raping her. These are the perpetrators of a series of rapes that have recently been occurring in her hometown. The three men take turns beating Kazuko. In a sexual hell that is close to extreme torture, she is too terrified to resist and is abandoned on a street corner in a rag doll-like state. However, from that day forward, another woman lurking inside Kazuko begins to take over her with tremendous force...

Over the course of 24 hours, five characters will face dilemmas suffocating through another day in their dead end worlds. Their lives will intersect as the story builds to a tragic climax for some and liberation for others.

Chiharu, who lives alone in a slightly outdated apartment, is about to pass the age for marriage, but she can't stop having an affair with Hiroki. One day, Noriko, Hiroki's wife, visits Chiharu's room alone and asks her to leave her husband. Chiharu does not respond. And Hiroki also visits Chiharu's room as usual.

The young Chiharu cannot stop her affair with Hiroki (director Franky Okamura himself), a married husband. She meets with him again and again, which his wife Noriko also notices. One day Noriko visits Chiharus to confront her. The tense mood soon discharges violently ...
