Spanning three interlinked but stylistically distinct films, the triptych navigates the metaphoric and literal topographies of shipwreck as both rupture and reckoning, building a suggestive meditation on exile, identity, and the fractured condition of modern belonging.

The story is centered on the stubborn farmer Ernst and his wife Louise who are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a traditional Danish gold wedding for friends and family. However, the family carries several secrets and Ernest holds on to the biggest one of them all. Through one long joyous, intoxicating, surprising, gripping and melancholic night, the truths creep out and the family is put to the ultimate test.

Dana welcomes art student Penelope into her home to do a performance with an open mind. The episode leaves Dana more than confused about what happened today in her apartment, and she goes to Penelope's exhibition to clear her mind.
