Peter, who killed his beloved out of jealousy, twenty years later meets a girl, into whose soul the spirit of the mother - the hero's victim - has infiltrated. Having bewitched Peter, the young witch forces him to commit violence and murder.

An ingenuous film about the eternal, about the meaning of human life on earth. In a word, about what has been said a thousand times and a thousand times retold. The famous hero of Eastern legends, Hodja Nasreddin - a serious joker, thinker and truth-seeker - by the will of the authors became a foster brother and a friend of youth, no less famous, but in everything opposite to him - the tyrant and autocrat Timur Tamerlane.

Little Kati spends her summer at her grandma's. Her playmates are the village boys and the whole countryside - animals, flowers, the wind and stones. Kati conjures up the sun and floats above the fields of flowers and the whole universe. There is no borderline between reality and the magic world. Is it possible to play the same game also at her home in the city?

The hero of the film witnesses the suicide of his double. Trying to find out the reasons for this act, the hero finds himself in another world that exists very close, but hitherto unknown to him: the world of other people, views and values.
