Based on a true story, 11th Hour recounts how, on the evening of 9/11, Maria Jose's bar is heaving with locals united in grief and a building rage.

In the late 40's, in a post-war environment, Luis is nine years old and lives the constant absence of his mother. Mrs. Acela has an unusual job, helps "to die", but her son does not know exactly what his job is and all the time he is worried. About to turn years Luis makes a request that will mark his life.
