Two years after the tragic sinking of a fishing boat that shook a small seaside town, members of the rondalla, a traditional Galician music band, decide to get back together in the endeavour to recover their enthusiasm and leave the grieving behind.

Daniel Lonces is a successful horror writer who decides to put himself in his protagonist’s shoes and experience firsthand what it means to be tied and gagged. But a tragic accident leaves his wife dead, him trapped, and his 11-month-old baby defenseless. Desperate, David struggles to free himself while facing unexpected dangers inside and outside his home.

Leo, an orphaned mute girl who can't fit in, escapes from the shelter where she lives in order to go to a fishing competition that reminds her of her parents. On the way, Lou, a non-conformist with no job or benefit, finds her hitchhiking and, without knowing Leo's real purpose, agrees to take her in his car, thinking he is taking her back home. Together they will embark on an adventure in which, despite the obstacles they encounter along the way, they will become inseparable and discover the extraordinary meaning of the word family.

Oscar and Teo (13 and 11 years old) are two brothers, very different from each other, who will have to face the loss of their mother, a scientist obsessed with wormholes.

Mario, an exemplary man, lives in a village on the Galician coast. In the old people’s home, where he works as a nurse, everyone appreciates him. In Brétema, on the Atlantic coast, there was a time when networks of smuggling, drug trafficking converted, achieved so much influence that they were close to control everything: social power, institutions, the lives of its people. Fins, Leda and Frink explore the coast in search of what the sea throws after a wreck, the sea is for them a place of continual discovery. The fate of these young people will be marked by the shadow odious and fascinating at the same time the ubiquitous Marshall, owner of almost everything in Brétema.
