Mimí Derba is a documentary about one of the pioneers in acting and film production in México. In 1917, along with photographer Enrique Rosas, she founded one of the first film production companies: Azteca Films. Alejandra Moya captures a brief glimpse into the first Mexican female director.

Amelia, a respected wildlife journalist, is tasked with covering baby manatees in Puerto Rico about to be released into the wild, when she meets a handsome conservationist who helps her discover all the treasures the island has to offer.

A successful Los Angeles TV chef is offered a new network series that will send her traveling around Europe, but her young daughter's heart is in San Antonio, Texas, and the restaurant where she got her start is struggling.
