Yang Xi

On her way back from a family visit, young female intellectual Xing-Yu meets the equally young and rebellious Si-Mong and the two fall in love. When Xing-Yu's childhood friend and lover Yuan gets into a fight with Si-Mong, Xing-Yu tries to make peace between the two jealous rivals. Her attempts for truce further draw her into a forbidden and passionate relationship instead.

The film tells the story of Qin Chuan, a young man who sells medicine in an ordinary village. In order to treat the golden silkworm girl in his subconscious space, under the lure of the guru, Qin went to the secret space to find the Qilin fragrant wood for healing and saving lives.

In the vast universe, there is a planet called "Fantasy Domain" on which an ancient intelligent species lives. This race is highly civilized and kind-hearted. The film centres on a taxi driver who picks up a taciturn young girl with unsettling behaviour. What begins as a chance ride soon draws the driver and the mysterious stranger into a chain of events shrouded in doubt and suspicion, prompting audiences to reflect deeply on human nature, trust, and looming danger. Departing from conventional sentimental storytelling, the film adopts a suspense-driven narrative filled with twists. When the “suspect” gripping the steering wheel encounters a silent “enigma”, an accidental encounter becomes the light that pierces the darkest moments of their lives.
