The New York office of the FBI brings to bear all their talents, intellect and technical expertise on major cases in order to keep their city and the country safe.

After his money is stolen at a bar, a drunk man chases after the thief and assaults him. The next morning he wakes up to find that a murder was committed in the same spot and that he might be responsible.

The RAs is the story of a generation - one that predates Facebook, a generation of beepers and chat rooms, when life was simpler but no less complicated and September 11 was just another day.
