7 years has passed since Heather and Morgan survived the terror in Hotel Fear. But the nightmare is not over. Hotel Fear is about to re open and Heather who is now a very successful author has been asked to return to where it all began. Waiting within the walls is Travis McLennon. They each face different elements of fear and perception as one by one they are turned against each other.

After the horrific ordeal and the loss of her friends, Heather is forced to return to Hotel Fear where Travis prepares for his next victims. Now she must fight once again.

Heather and her best friend Morgan make the mistake of meeting up with friends at an abandoned haunted attraction. Inside the decrepit scarehouse, a cannibalistic monster lives, and stalks all those unlucky enough to enter his lair.
