Varvara Kraminova

A short film based on the poem "IT'S WINTER" by Ilia Mazo. The film is set in dramatized kitchens and bathrooms, against the backdrop of household appliances that act as musical instruments. The film is an attempt to show what usually remains behind the scenes - loneliness, a magical moment and quiet human singing in response.

An expelled journalism student, trying to make sense of his life, carefully documents his summer, as well as the story of the disappearance and death of the founders of one of the first startups on the Russian Internet.

The authors of the project set an ambitious task - to record samples from the sounds of Moscow and create the music of the city on this basis. This film is a vivid portrait of Moscow and a kind of documentary musical, woven from the sounds, words and emotions of musicians and composers.
