Vladimir Mosharov

A young enthusiast, Venya Lopukhov, arrives in a small town to fulfill his dream of working at the A. P. Chekhov Historical Library. However, the city administration's decision to close the library abruptly changes his plans and forces him to challenge the local authorities.
