Mattie Driscoll

Two young people spend a weekend memorializing their friendship, before one of them permanently moves to the moon. A desperate attempt to remember everything always.

Breaking Up for the Modern Girl is an anthropological satire of heartbreak in the modern age. In a quick and dirty twelve minutes, our heroine experiences the highest highs and lowest lows of young love. Her heart has been quite literally ripped from her chest, and tossed out the window of the 137 bus. Through the assistance of a mysterious auditory guide, Mattie tries to find her way back to neutral following an abandonment to rival all abandonments.

Myles is desperate to pee, and it seems like the whole world is trying to keep them from doing so.

A young woman's grand finale in her pursuit of artistry, and Dallas.

Kelly is making her first film. Andre, is a filmmaker too. They are expecting their first child together. He is most definitely uncomfortable about the direction of her process, (and the way their burgeoning family might be impacted) but he would never interfere with an artist at work. Right?
