Mental Lugano is a blurred (muddy?) imprint trying to put together a puzzle with several pieces that are no longer there. It's an animal crossing the night with blank eyes; the pieces of a game already lost. What is Lugano, what is Mataderos, what is Madero? Mental connections involve a question of memory, which also implies a question of forgetting, to the extent that only through active forgetting can the passage be made for them to remain.

The portrait of Damo Suzuki, singer of the legendary German kraut band Can, on his visit to Argentina to give two concerts with a handful of local musicians led by Alan Courtis.

It looks like it's going to rain. Yes, no doubt about it. Let's ask the horizon... over there, behind us, where the sun sets. The sun in the city hides in the concrete. The sun in nature, like consciousness, dwells in the darkness of our complex being. There will be no perpetual peace on earth or in heaven. To sleep in peace, to rise at dawn.

Two hundred and forty-five frames of light. Three thousand, three hundred and fifty-five frames of darkness.

Diary of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica and the South Atlantic Islands, the southernmost province of Argentinia. European sailors began to call it Tierra del Fuego when they saw the large bonfires that illuminated the mountains. It is said that they were lit and maintained throughout the year by the Selk'nam, the Yámanas and Alacalufes, natives of the region, to protect themselves from the extreme temperatures. In this brief dieary some characteristic specimens of the flora and fauna of the province, its landscapes and a stay in Tolhuin were recorded.
