He was born in Tbilisi on December 15, 1958. In 1979, he graduated from Tbilisi High School. Rustaveli house Theater Institute. Since 1976, he has been shooting in the cinema, and since 1979 he has been an actor of the film studio "Georgian Film". Since the 90s, he has been living and working in America, where he has achieved quite a lot of success as a foreigner.
