Tamir Bar

An Israeli satire show featuring satirical references to current affairs of the past week through parodies of the people involved, as well as the thoughts of recurring characters. One of the most watched and influential shows on Israeli TV.

Sequel to the popular Israeli rap opera starring Tamir Bar. Shem Tov Heavy successfully escaped from prison and has lived under a fake identity for the last few years. When he goes on the run again, he finds himself in a fictional city called "Ya Hood", where he is praised as the "Shaliah".

For a year now, we've been supporting him behind the scenes, and today we're proud to reveal our backing for Tamir Bar, who is running for the Knesset, aiming to become a Member of Parliament and work decisively for equality, values, people with disabilities, facilities for the periphery, housing, and minimum wage. In the coming months, we will accompany his journey, which we hope will culminate in a celebratory rally at Rabin Square, featuring famous artists and merchandise.

In order to sing trap and become a star you won't need a talent - just good gums and some anesthesia. Watch the rise and fall of "Shem Tov Heavy" - Tamir Bar, Ravid Plotnik, Swissa, Jimbo Jay, Shekel, Lukach and others from the Israeli Hip-Hop scene unite to tell the story of Adam Shem Tov, the man who dreamt to become a trap-star and found himself behind bars.
