This visual album from Beyoncé reimagines the lessons of "The Lion King" (2019) for today's young kings and queens in search of their own crowns.

The story follows a spoiled, wealthy city girl who is counting down the days to a glamorous, supersonic 16th birthday party where she expects a car as a gift. Her world is turned completely upside down when she is unexpectedly tricked and sent to live in a village for her summer holidays. Forced onto a journey of humility, she must use her sassiness to bring redemption to the village and discover her true self.

Beyoncé takes viewers on a journey through Africa with an hour-long documentary special, an intimate behind-the-scenes look at the making of the album, The Lion King: The Gift, featuring candid footage and interviews detailing the hard work and passion that went into her love letter to Africa.
