Long ago, in the world, brothers Italy and Romano lived happily and cheerfully with their big-hearted Grandpa Roma. Time passed, and those around them began to grow stronger, and before they knew it, Grandpa Roma was gone, and the brothers were separated. "We'll meet again! One day, we'll become as strong as Grandpa Roma!" So they vowed to each other...

One day, Italy and Romano were talking about being at the top of the world. The discussion became heated, and eventually a fight broke out. At that moment, Prussia suddenly appeared. However, rather than stopping the fight, he said that continuing to fight can actually help each other grow. Just like those two, they both came close to reaching the top of the world...

This dark fantasy depicts the horror that befalls a group of young people who are gathered in a Western-style mansion deep in the mountains by an unknown entity. Kota and Yosuke were best friends, but a certain incident caused them to drift apart. One day, they are each invited to the mansion deep in the mountains and reunite, only to find that they, along with other young strangers, have been gathered there. The mansion's butler, Moriyama, appears before them and tells them they cannot leave unless they confess to their master.
