James Gilbert is a Canadian film, television, and stage actor, writer and producer based in Toronto. He is best known for his breakout role as the would-be assassin William Brereton in the Showtime historical drama series The Tudors (2007–2010) and as Aaron in the horror film Saw VI (2009).
