When the mother of two little girls is hospitalised due to exhaustion, the father takes them on an excursion. However, while hiking in the Norwegian forests, he injures himself and the daughters have to get help.

When her parents won't stop arguing, Robin goes out into the woods and meets a little planet that has been hurt. She brings it home but just like little girls don't like it when their parents argue, little planets don't like living in garages.

When Ellen and her two brothers gather in their childhood home to sort through the inheritance left by their father, a renowned composer, old memories and unresolved conflicts resurface. The house, filled with musical traces and childhood artifacts, becomes a stage for emotional reckoning.

The film follows Billie and Vega, six years after the events of the first film. The family is falling apart. Their father is gone, their mother is exhausted and unavailable, and Vega has lost her footing. Billie longs for the strength she and her sister once found together, what they called their superpower. When Vega herself makes the choice to be hospitalized, Billie decides to take action. With her father's analog camera as her companion, she embarks on a journey that is both physical and emotional. Along the way, she encounters people and situations that challenge her, but also give her strength. She must trust herself, improvise, and deal with the unexpected.
