Majdi Saeed

Ali Abd-El-Zaher is a member of an Islamic radical group which has been launching attacks against the government and the society under the orders of the spiritual leader Brother Saif. Ali manages to assasinate an officer, but as he escapes from the authorities he gets hit by a car driven by Sewsan, the daughter of a respected Muslim family living in the Maadi district. Sewsan's father who is a surgeon and his family take care of the injured terrorist who then tries to conceal the truth about his personality, such as his dislike of music, unveiled women and Western life styles.

Bekhit works in a small workshop. He meets Adila by chance in a train, and they both find a suitcase full of money left by an escaping drug dealer. After they fail in finding the suitcase's owner, they both decide to share the money.

Bassiouni leads a drug smuggling gang from Greece after settling in Athens, and the security services seek to arrest him upon his arrival in Cairo. The chief of detectives (Rabie) finds through his investigations that Bassiouni had an affair with a beautiful widow named Nour who suffers from her daughter's heroin addiction. Rabea asks Nour to cooperate with the police to catch Bassiouni.

This season depicts the events Egypt witnessed in the years following the January 25 Revolution, leading to the Muslim Brotherhood's rise to power, and the crises that afflicted Egypt during that period causing a state of popular anger against the group and Mohamed Morsi, which ended in the outbreak of the June 30 Revolution.

Hassan Ellol is a poor man, making a living out of stealing and smuggling watches and small goods inside the car he drives. His life is turned upside down when he falls in love with Fatima, who turns out to be the daughter of a drug tycoon preparing to run for the parliamentary elections.

Abu al-Ma'ati disguies himself as a janitor of a building to escape justice, he meets a dancer and work together in prostitution and drug trade, but events turn when he decides to run for election.

Hamdi revolts against his routine job and decides to resign, so his wife decides to give up the family home and sell it to provide the money necessary to establish his own project, but things quickly turn around when he leaves her to marry another woman after his financial conditions improve.
