The concert title comes from the first parts of each artist's name: Morning Musume, Berryz Kobo, °C(ki)-ute, Mano Erina, and S(su)/mileage.

Project's annual winter concert tour, running from January 2 to January 24, 2010, with Shuffle Date focusing on special Hello! Project units rather than the main groups. The Shuffle Date performance at Nakano Sun Plaza on January 8, 2010, was later released on DVD and Blu-ray.
