Even a reporter named Waltraut Henze, who has few scruples, arrives because she senses a sensational story behind the scribblings.

A wealthy couple in early retirement move into a bungalow in a park-like residential complex and are all set for a fulfilling retirement. Their happiness could be perfect if the workmen hadn't caused a tiny leak in the roof, which would require repeated repairs. But after this information turns out to be true, it is attempted to explain this scandalous, impertinent, and downright subversive behaviour of the electorate.
