Omar lives on the money of his wealthy jeweler father. The father ask him to deliver a jewelry bag to a customer in Tanta. His car breaks down and he gets robbed by a truck driver and his helper. Omar rescues him at a rural Gas station and accompanies him on his journey.

The film tells of dangerous life-threatening documents that are handed over to the hero from his boss at work to hand over to the big man without knowing their seriousness, but the old man thinks badly about the manager, so he kills him and accuses the hero of it.

Salem is a corrupt merchant who fires the simple employee Shakir, who possesses some documents that incriminate Salem. During the pursuit by Salem's men to retrieve the documents, Shakir hides them in Dr. Aida's clinic without her knowing, and he is killed by Salem's men.
