The movie is set in Belarus, where a team of counter-intelligence officers is given only three days to find a German radio operator posing as a Soviet soldier, behind soviet lines, on the eve of a major offensive.

The action takes place in Germany at the very end of the Great Patriotic War. Humanity, courage and greatness of soul are shown by soldiers in the days that have become the last for most of them.

About the plight of Soviet orphanage children that during the war the Nazis were taken to Germany diversantskoy for training activities in the territory of the USSR. In 1943 Gemfurte near Kassel (Germany) School for Soviet teenagers was created using Abverkomande-203, which were taken from the children's homes of Smolensk and Orsha.
