Radio correspondent Karel Beran returns briefly to Prague from the Middle East due to an anonymous tip, but a revolution suddenly breaks out in Kambur just then. To fulfill his duty, he fabricates live reports from his Vinohrady apartment, simulating the uprising’s sounds with kitchen appliances. When Czech Radio decides to send a support team, he faces an impossible choice: admit the deception or stage his own death.

Actor Milan lost his job and is trying unsuccessfully to find new employment. He is struggling to support his large family, while his wife Karolína, the wife of a business tycoon, longs in vain for at least one child. The film is a humorous exploration of married life, exaggerating the image of a "tired" sex life of a middle-aged couple. The search for the reasons behind his workaholic partner's lack of interest in marital sex leads him to believe that she is unsatisfied with sex with him for one reason only: he allegedly has a small penis. While comparing the size of his penis with his friend Boris, he is caught by his wife Vlaďka, who becomes convinced that her husband Leon is having an affair with his friend. At the same time, Leon envies the rich sex life of his neighbor Tomáš, who works as a television producer, filming journalistic reports on fraud and corruption, with Vlaďka as his assistant. Leon's brother-in-law Evžen is a member of a religious sect and tries to recruit Leon, but Leon resists. The story unfolds against a backdrop of misunderstandings arising from unclear information and constructions created by the individual characters...

This is a big shock for Pavel and like a proper teenager he is very worried, he invents blood feuds which usually turn against him, in short he is completely distraught. His problems and suffering are understood more by his grandfather than by his busy parents. But the right patch for the wound is found in the form of another girl whom Pavel meets by chance and who is very special...

Elishka loves animals. She rides a horse that got injured in the riding arena and has to be taken to the slaughterhouse. So the girl buys a horse and keeps it at home in the garden. Eliška's mother suffers her daughter's dog and cats at home, but she does not want to reconcile with the horse. With the help of the children, Eliška manages to place the horse in a nearby state farm. The children take care of the horse enthusiastically and intervene very actively when the sick horse threatens to die...
