Three women, who seem to have nothing in common: Abigail is a college student at Yale and daughter of one of the professors; Meredith is a married mother and owner of a bowling alley; Janet is a successful broker -- yet all of them decide to pose for Playboy magazine, shocking their friends and co-workers.

Dr. Julian Mater is suspended and gets his license revoked for performing experiments on dying patients in cellular regeneration. A couple of years later, he returns to the hospital that condemned his work to begin practicing his grizzly experiments once more.

A doctor, his wife and her lover make a voyage on the yacht of the doctor. But when the weather turns very bad they have to stop the sea cruise and seek refuge on a lonely island. There begins a deadly game in which the lover and the wife try to kill the husband...
