Benjamin Baraad

In the back of a butcher shop, a little girl watches terrifying tales on a screen that must be fed. As its appetite grows, her father must find increasingly gruesome ways to keep the show going.

After spending all day in bed doomscrolling, Reed stumbles upon a video of a mother ‘unaliving’ her baby… while humming the same 4 notes over and over and over. Now every sound that Reed hears in his everyday life morphs into those 4 notes– and with each note, the bloody Mother draws closer.

On the verge of applying to colleges, a young girl struggles to keep up appearances when a rare stress-based disorder has very real consequences, rendering her left leg immobile-- and a demon from her nightmares gives chase.
