Mingling images of American institutional movies to extracts of handbooks on management from the 1900s and 1910s The Human Factor aims at showing the genesis of Taylorism and its main effects upon industrial societies. It is also a love story.

This found-footage film is made by cutting and pasting bits and pieces of institutional movies from the Prelinger archive fund. It aims at throwing light on American capitalism discursive dynamics.

Regularly, for twenty-five years, adolescents burst into their schools and kill, each time causing media hurricanes. Most of these killers use YouTube and social networks to explain their actions, their anger, their suffering.
