Shankaranna’s (Girish Jatti) son Soma (Shrestha Basavraj) picks fights with everyone in the village. His anger ends up causing him the greatest grief of his life.

Arjun is a theater artist who is suffering from an illness and has to take a pill every 56 minutes. Parallel to his misery is a murder investigation of three neurosurgeons lead by CBI officer Priya Krishna. Priya meets Dr Ashwath and the two go on an exposition about the medical mafia and its consequences.

While investigating a seemingly open-and-shut case, sub-inspector Indra Rao uncovers a trail that leads her way beyond the obvious and simple answers. As she follows the evidence, she is posed with a choice that could change her life as a police officer forever.
