Coworkers Alexandre, Lima, Rocha, Diguinho and their families are treated by the company to a trip to Bahia. However, problems and unforeseen events can ruin this dream trip.

Rocha decides to foot the bill for his daughter's wedding in an island and invites his loyal colleagues, Alexandre, Lima, and Diguinho, along with their families, to the all-expenses-paid celebration.
