When a tragically-burnt coffee drives a barista past his breaking point, it unleashes a strange and unquestioned force... Midnight Coffee is an highly stylized absurd examination of work addiction and millennial post-humanity.

A young man arrives from Europe and spends his days with his sister in an apartment in the Once neighbourhood. While he gets used to his new life, he secretly dreams about the possibility that the cashier from the Chinese supermarket has some kind of interest in him.
