The first story tells of Kak Sal who is forced to face the challenges posed by the pandemic with her disobedient children who never listen to her, while she also has to care for her elderly mother. The second story of this drama revolves around Fitrah and Ramadhan, a married couple who work as frontliners during Covid-19. The increase in Covid-19 cases in Malaysian society results in all hospitals being filled with infected patients, including Fitrah's parents who also test positive for Covid. Pregnant Fitrah is unaware that she has been infected with this dangerous virus until it eventually claims her life. The next story centres on Radhi who is very selfish as he avoids telling those around him that he has been infected with the virus and continues to do business and meet with resellers.
