A group of raucous college buds living the dorm life, decide to have a blowout while most of their friends are away for the Thanksgiving holiday. Andrew, a womanizing pretty boy, wakes up feeling guilty after a one-night stand with Shayna, his roomate Joe's fantasy girl. Making matters worse, Shayna starts up with Joe, attempting to make Andrew jealous. With Love 101 being the toughest course this semester, will they pass the final exam?

Ethan inherits a large house outside of town and suggests to some friends that they move in together. At first, the cohabitation works well, but later relationship problems and unresolved feelings are revealed. Everything is brought to a head when Kate, who has feelings for Ethan, appears and several of the friends are forced to make decisive decisions.
