Onur is a pastry owner who passionately loves making pastries. He makes a strawberry cake everyday but he never sells it. He reserves that cake for the woman whom he will fall in love with. One day, famous actress Burcu Burkan visits his pastry shop for shooting a scene. This meeting gives them an opportunity to cross their paths with each other but Burcu has a secret.

Esther, a Turkish emigrant, was naturalized French and now lives in Paris. Only her daughter Sarah has followed her. The child grows up in a cold boarding school, far from her mother, whose motives and stubbornness she does not understand, especially since Esther no longer visits or writes to her. Selamsiz (wich means 'no greeting') is a small town in Anatolia. The town has a lot of problems but noone from governments come and see the town. One day the mayor learns that the prime minister will come to the city. They, now, have a chance to solve their problems. However, they think that they should have a band to greet the prime minister.

Being released from prison, a traumatized political prisoner retreats to a fishing village. Here, among the vacationers, he hears a voice which he immediately identifies as the voice of one of the policemen whom he never saw the faces of, and who tortured him.
