A balladic fairy tale about the underground kingdom of goblins, based on Irish fairy tales. When darkness and rainy clouds gathering low in the sky increase, when October turns into November, everyone in Ireland celebrates Halloween. The eve of All Saints' Day is a time when children run around outside in picturesque masks, adults raise their mugs by the light of flickering torches in hollowed-out turnips, and the world of goblins comes to life underground. It is the only day when these creatures, no bigger than a grown mouse, can enter the human world, and also when mortals can enter their realm. And so Paddy, a young innkeeper generally considered a fool and a child, finds himself in the Moss Hall through a magical well and, in his kindness and desire for love, breaks the laws of the underworld.

The second work of director is devoted national folklore. It is a poetic gloomy fairy tale, a parable about man which wished to relieve a city from are nasty, but the love has prevented it. In a film many beautiful shootings of winter Prague, accompanied by good modern music which goes practically without stops.

The story of a teacher, a famous actress, and her students set against the backdrop of the harsh normalization period, a time when, after the Soviet occupation, most people tried to survive in the gray zone, and only a handful of brave souls were willing to risk their positions in the fight against the regime.

Not all kingdoms are the same. When King Alfonso wants to have an heir in the kingdom of men, he finds himself in a tricky situation. But a ruler is a ruler because he can deal with tense moments decisively. And so, with the generous support of the invisible fairy godmother, Alfonso chooses his bride after all. However, this causes the atmosphere in the kingdom to become tense, and the advisors Lakabus and Kakabus impatiently await the first disaster. It is not long in coming. A girl is born in the powerful kingdom of men.
