Maher Ali Ahmed Selim obtained a Bachelor of Theatrical Arts, Department of Acting and Directing. He acted in the Vanguard Theater about 20 plays by Samir El-Asfouri, most notably The Bald Singer, and Cairo 80. He obtained a postgraduate Diploma at the Academy of Arts in directing for three years. He received a scholarship in 1992 at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico, directing department. He participated in many international festivals such as in Carthage and Jordan.

The events revolve around corruption and the power of some clerics over the ages to power and false and bad dealings with the people, and how to involve religion in politics in order to obtain positions. That there are clerics deliberately coloring and counterfeiting in this period of time to be the strongest and maintain their positions.
