Vladimir Bychkov was a Soviet and Russian film director and actor. He is known for directing films such as Dostoyanie respubliki (1972), The Life and Ascension of Yuras Bratchik (1967), and Osenniy podarok fey (1985). Bychkov's work contributed to Soviet cinema during the mid-20th century.
