The appearance of strange, luminous clouds over Montreal plunges the city into mass insomnia. Camille, an overprotective young mother, and Philippe, her stubbornly optimistic boyfriend, find themselves at the heart of this disconcerting world where sleep deprivation begins to erode minds. They will have to fight to distinguish reality from illusion as their escalating hallucinations and creeping paranoia transform their lives into a waking nightmare.

On her birthday, a single mom tries to bring light in the lives of her two young children by inventing a car game where they conquer hidden corners of their village.
