Picking up the storyline from where Singam ended, Duraisingam has gone undercover after meeting the Home Minister and is working as an NCC officer in a school in Thoothukudi. The only people who know about this operation are the Chief Minister and Home Minister apart from himself.

Jagathalapradhapan tries hard to convince his parents that he would marry only Mohini. To put an end to the problem, the king and his wife hatch a conspiracy and bump off Mohini.

Upili, a dedicated person towards serving the village temple, marries Arasaee who plans to embarrass him while joining hands with Sundaralingam, a fraudster.

Raju and his sidekicks stole black money to help an orphanage. D.I.G. Mohanraj knew that they are thieves but he's unable to send them in jail. Raju and Radhika, Mohanraj's daughter, failed in love. Her father refuses to accept it so he arranged a marriage with Ajith, a police officer. Raju drank alcohol and he became drunk, and he kills Ajith. When he came back to his car, there was Raju drunk at the back seat. Raju's look-alike, rest of the story is how the issues are settled.
