Aya, thirty-year-old Tunisian, lives in Tozeur, a city in southern Tunisia, at the gates of the desert. Between social diktats, conservatism and disillusionment, Aya is not the happiest girl in the world. One day, a misfortune befalls her. Tunisia, summer 2011. The holiday to the South of the country ends in disaster for Fares, Meriem and their 10-year-old son Aziz, when he is accidentally shot in an ambush. His injury will change their lives: Aziz needs a liver transplant, which leads to discovery of a long-buried secret. Will Aziz and the relationship survive?

Critically injured in a car crash, a 23-year-old man falls into a coma, embarking on a journey into a subconscious world where reality and imagination collide. But how far will he go?

The story is about a classic couple who bicker before going to the movies. They are interrupted by the presence of their neighbor who invites herself into the car to drop her off.

Baba Azizi is an old man, who moves all the time between his children's houses until he ends up at his daughter's house, and there comes a whole new problem waiting for him.
