A French-Japanese man, Julien, has two family names: "Condom" on his father's side and "Tanaka" on his mother's side. Now a university student, he still struggles to come to terms with his unfortunate surname and avoids forming relationships. Something in him starts to change when he encounters the Omata siblings, who by coincidence, share the same problem.

Kazaha (Daiki Shigeoka), Futo (Nozomu Kotaki), Hoji (Sho Hirano), Sora (Tomohiro Kamiyama) and Kisuke (Koji Mukai) are 5 young ninja from the Kansai area. They train patiently, during a peaceful time, to carry out their first mission. One day, they are ordered to break up.

“PHANTOM COLLECTOR” is about a popular smart phone app amoung young people called “FANCOLE”. The aim is to search for ghosts in haunted places, and capture them by taking a photo of them. But there's an urban legend; if you take a picture of a real ghost, you will die.
